section 2617a as added by 2016 PA 479, and by adding section 2617b. The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator Geiss offered the following substitute: Substitute (S-3). The question being on the adoption of the substitute, Senator Lindsey offered the following amendment to the substitute: 1. Amend page 5, line 13, after the first “decision” by inserting a comma and “including, but not limited to, a decision to obtain an abortion,”. The question being on the adoption of the amendment to the substitute, Senator Lauwers requested the yeas and nays. The yeas and nays were ordered, 1/5 of the members present voting therefor.
