The following bill was read a third time: House Bill No. 5379, entitled A bill to amend 1960 PA 124, entitled “An act to create the Michigan highway reciprocity board; to prescribe its powers and duties; to provide for the powers and duties of certain state and local governmental officers and entities; to allow certain reciprocal compacts, agreements, and arrangements; and to repeal certain acts and parts of acts,” by amending section 3 (MCL 3.163), as amended by 2022 PA 25.
