- The following bill was read a third time: Senate Bill No. 447, entitled A bill to amend 1967 PA 281, entitled “Income tax act of 1967,” (MCL 206.1 to 206.847) by adding section 678. The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator Lindsey offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 3, following line 3, by inserting: “(c) A certified statement that the source that the taxpayer utilized to produce or blend the sustainable aviation fuel for which the credit is sought to be claimed does not manufacture or sell high- fructose corn syrup.”. The amendment was not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor.
