Amend page 2, line 11, after “time” by striking out “an” and inserting “a qualified”. 3. Amend page 2, line 16, after “who” by inserting “is a qualified individual and”. 4. Amend page 2, line 23, after “any” by inserting “qualified”. The amendments were not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor. Senator McBroom offered the following amendments: 1. Amend page 2, line 8, after the second “address” by inserting “designated by an individual as the address”. 2.
