In The Chair: President Pursuant to Joint Rule 20, the full title of the act shall be inserted to read as follows: “An act to create the Michigan achieving a better life experience (ABLE) program; to provide for ABLE accounts; to prescribe the powers and duties of certain state agencies, boards, and departments; to allow certain tax credits or deductions; and to provide for penalties and remedies,” The Senate agreed to the full title. The following bill was read a third time: House Bill No. 5783, entitled A bill to amend 2000 PA 161, entitled “Michigan education savings program act,” by amending sections 2 and 16 (MCL 390.1472 and 390.1486), section 2 as amended by 2010 PA 6.
