No. 109, p. 2141.) The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator Albert offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 1, following line 2, by inserting: “Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 102nd Legislature are enacted into law: (a) Senate Bill No. 846. (b) Senate Bill No. 847.”.
