- Senator Theis offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 14, following line 25, by inserting: “(h) A grant agreement must include a provision that requires the recipient of the grant to have and maintain an employee workforce that is comprised of at least 75% of employees who are residents of this state.”. The amendment was not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor. Senator Lauwers offered the following amendments: 1. Amend page 12, line 3, after “September 30,” by striking out “2054,” and inserting “2030,”. 2. Amend page 15, line 6, by striking out “2054.” and inserting “2029.”. The amendments were not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor.
