- Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That we memorialize the federal government to provide direct aid to state and local governments; and be it further Resolved, That copies of this resolution be transmitted to the President of the United States, the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, the President of the United States Senate, and the members of the Michigan congressional delegation. The concurrent resolution was referred to the Committee on Government Operations.
