- 1. Amend page 3, line 13, after “capacity” by striking out “207,500,000” and inserting “554,827,300” and adjusting the subtotals, totals, and section 201 accordingly. 2. Amend page 3, line 14, by striking out all of lines 14 through 15. 3. Amend page 15, line 2, by striking out all of section 261. The motion did not prevail and the amendments were not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor. Rep. Tate moved to substitute (H-3) the Senate substitute (S-3).
