voting therefor. Rep. Paquette moved to amend the Senate substitute (S-1) as follows: 1. Amend page 16, line 21, after “than” by striking out “March 15, 2021.” and inserting “April 15, 2021.”. The motion prevailed and the amendment was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor. Rep. Weiss moved to amend the Senate substitute (S-1) as follows: 1. Amend page 5, line 6, by striking out all of subdivision (b) and relettering the remaining subdivisions. 2. Amend page 5, line 27, by striking out all of subdivision (d). The motion did not prevail and the amendments were not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor. The question being on concurring in the substitute (S-1) made to the bill by the Senate, The substitute (S-1), as amended, was concurred in, a majority of the members serving voting therefor, by yeas and nays, as follows:
