Messages from the Senate The Speaker laid before the House Senate Bill No. 46, entitled A bill to amend 1893 PA 206, entitled “The general property tax act,” (MCL 211.1 to 211.155) by adding section 9p. (The bill was received from the Senate on April 21, with substitute (S-3) to the House substitute (H-1), consideration of which, under the rules, was postponed until April 22, see House Journal No. 33, p. 538.) The question being on concurring in the substitute (S-3) to the House substitute (H-1) made to the bill by the Senate, The substitute (S-3) was concurred in, a majority of the members serving voting therefor, by yeas and nays, as follows:
