LaGrand, under Rule 31, made the following statement: “Mr. Speaker and members of the House: I did not vote on Roll Call No. 172 because of a possible conflict of interest.” Senate Bill No. 143, entitled A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled “Michigan liquor control code of 1998,” by amending section 609 (MCL 436.1609), as amended by 2016 PA 81.
