- Rep. Frederick moved to amend the title to read as follows: A bill to amend 2018 IL 1, entitled “Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act,” by amending sections 3 and 8 (MCL 333.27953 and 333.27958), as amended by 2020 PA 208.
