The motion did not prevail and the amendments were not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor. The question being on concurring in the substitute (S-1) made to the bill by the Senate, Rep. Frederick moved that consideration of the bill be postponed temporarily. The motion prevailed. Third Reading of Bills House Bill No. 4066, entitled A bill to prohibit political subdivisions in this state from imposing certain restrictions on the transportation, possession, carrying, sale, transfer, purchase, gift, devise, licensing, registration, manufacturing, or use of knives or components of knives.
