Context text: The Senate has amended the bill as follows: 1. Amend page 2, line 13, after “manufacture,” by striking out “salt,”. 2. Amend page 11, following line 5, by inserting: “Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days after the date it is enacted into law.”. The Senate has passed the bill as amended, by a 3/4 vote, ordered that it be given immediate effect and pursuant to Joint Rule 20, inserted the full title. The Speaker announced that pursuant to Rule 42, the bill was laid over one day. Rep. Frederick moved that Rule 42 be suspended. The motion prevailed, 3/5 of the members present voting therefor. The question being on concurring in the amendments made to the bill by the Senate, The amendments were concurred in, 3/4 of the members serving voting therefor, by yeas and nays, as follows:
