Congress of the United States of America; to provide for the establishment and maintenance of free public employment offices; to provide for the transfer of funds; to make appropriations for carrying out the provisions of this act; to prescribe remedies and penalties for the violation of this act; and to repeal all acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act,” by amending sections 2, 11, and 32b (MCL 421.2, 421.11, and 421.32b), section 2 as amended by 2011 PA 268, section 11 as amended by 2018 PA 72, and section 32b as amended by 2011 PA 269, and by adding section 32e.
