My Democratic colleagues introduced bills to clarify eligibility, provide the funding for SOS to hire more staff and provide overtime pay, and to give residents more time to renew their driver’s licenses, but the majority refused to consider them. SBs 507-509 won’t do enough to alleviate the backlog of transactions and leave our constituents frustrated and waiting in lines.” Rep.
