Resolved by the House of Representatives, That we offer this expression of our highest tribute to honor the memory of Ernest W. Nash, a member of the House of Representatives from 1975 to 1986; and be it further Resolved, that copies of this resolution be transmitted to the Nash family as evidence of our lasting esteem for his memory. The question being on the adoption of the resolution, The resolution was adopted by unanimous standing vote. The Speaker called the Speaker Pro Tempore to the Chair. Third Reading of Bills House Bill No. 5290, entitled A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled “Michigan vehicle code,” by amending section 722 (MCL 257.722), as amended by 2018 PA 274.
