Messages from the Senate The Speaker laid before the House House Bill No. 4059, entitled A bill to amend 1939 PA 280, entitled “The social welfare act,” (MCL 400.1 to 400.119b) by adding section 109n. (The bill was received from the Senate on October 26, with amendments and full title inserted by the Senate, consideration of which, under the rules, was postponed until October 27, see House Journal No. 88, p. 1982.)
