Cambensy Messages from the Senate The Speaker laid before the House House Bill No. 4257, entitled A bill to clarify certain powers of the governor; and to impose certain duties on certain state officials. (The bill was received from the Senate on November 30, with substitute (S-1), consideration of which, under the rules, was postponed until December 1, see House Journal No. 96, p. 2140.)
