- Rep. Frederick moved that Senate Bill No. 769 be placed on its immediate passage. The motion prevailed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor. Senate Bill No. 769, entitled A bill to amend 2000 PA 489, entitled “Michigan trust fund act,” by amending section 2 (MCL 12.252), as amended by 2020 PA 359, and by adding section 4.
