- Messages from the Senate The Speaker laid before the House House Bill No. 4348, entitled A bill to license and regulate pharmacy benefit managers; to require reporting of certain data; to provide for the powers and duties of certain state governmental officers and entities; to provide remedies; to require the promulgation of rules; and to require and to provide sanctions for violation of this act. (The bill was received from the Senate on February 15, with substitute (S-2) and immediate effect given by the Senate, consideration of which, under the rules, was postponed until today, see House Journal No. 14, p. 155.)
