Messages from the Senate The Speaker laid before the House House Bill No. 4348, entitled A bill to license and regulate pharmacy benefit managers; to require reporting of certain data; to provide for the powers and duties of certain state governmental officers and entities; to provide remedies; to require the promulgation of rules; and to require and to provide sanctions for violation of this act. (The bill was received from the Senate on February 15, with substitute (S-2) and immediate effect given by the Senate, consideration of which, under the rules, was postponed until today, see House Journal No. 14, p. 155.) The question being on concurring in the substitute (S-2) made to the bill by the Senate, The substitute (S-2) was concurred in, a majority of the members serving voting therefor, by yeas and nays, as follows:
