- Messages from the Senate The Speaker laid before the House House Bill No. 4833, entitled A bill to levy and collect a specific tax upon the rental of certain heavy equipment rental personal property; to provide for the disposition of that specific tax; to provide for the powers and duties of certain state and local governmental officers and entities; and to provide penalties. (The bill was received from the Senate on March 1, with substitute (S-2) and immediate effect given by the Senate, consideration of which, under the rules, was postponed until today, see House Journal No. 20, p. 267.)
