Marino, under Rule 31, made the following statement: “Mr. Speaker and members of the House: I did not vote on Roll Call No. 128 because of a possible conflict of interest.” Rep. Young, having reserved the right to explain her protest against the passage of the bill, made the following statement: “Mr. Speaker and members of the House: The intent is noteworthy, however I have concerns regarding the long-term implications of having animals triaged virtually and the potential for mis-diagnosis in the absence of in-person visits.” Senate Bill No. 618, entitled A bill to amend 2005 PA 92, entitled “School bond qualification, approval, and loan act,” by amending section 9 (MCL 388.1929), as amended by 2012 PA 437.
