By unanimous consent the House returned to the order of Messages from the Senate The Speaker laid before the House House Bill No. 4256, entitled A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled “The Michigan penal code,” by amending section 502c (MCL 750.502c), as amended by 2015 PA 144. (The bill was received from the Senate on April 14, with substitute (S-1) and full title inserted, consideration of which, under the rules, was postponed until today, see House Journal No. 34, p. 498.)
