- In The Chair: Hornberger The House agreed to the title as amended. The bill was referred to the Clerk for enrollment printing and presentation to the Governor. The Speaker laid before the House Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 25. A concurrent resolution to waive the legislative notice requirement for increases in rates of compensation for certain employees in the state classified service. (The concurrent resolution was introduced, rule suspended and remained under Messages from the Senate on April 28, see House Journal No. 37, p. 551.) The question being on the adoption of the concurrent resolution, The concurrent resolution was adopted, a majority of the members present voting therefor, by yeas and nays, as follows:
