Green In The Chair: Hornberger The question being on agreeing to the title of the bill, Rep. Frederick moved to amend the title to read as follows: A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled “Michigan liquor control code of 1998,” by amending section 513 (MCL 436.1513), as amended by 2021 PA 116. The motion prevailed. The House agreed to the title as amended. Rep. Frederick moved that the bill be given immediate effect. The motion prevailed, 2/3 of the members serving voting therefor. House Bill No. 6079, entitled A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled “Michigan memorial highway act,” (MCL 250.1001 to 250.2092) by adding section 35a.
