The Speaker laid before the House House Bill No. 5695, entitled A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled “Michigan liquor control code of 1998,” by amending section 707 (MCL 436.1707), as amended by 2008 PA 11. (The bill was received from the Senate on June 21, with substitute (S-2), title amendment and immediate effect given by the Senate, consideration of which, under the rules, was postponed until June 22, see House Journal No. 58, p. 972.)
