By unanimous consent the House returned to the order of Third Reading of Bills House Bill No. 6202, entitled A bill to amend 1982 PA 191, entitled “An act to provide for the declaration of a state of energy emergency; to provide for procedures to be followed after a declaration of a state of energy emergency; to create an energy advisory committee and prescribe its powers and duties; to prescribe the powers and duties of the governor; to prescribe penalties; and to repeal certain acts and parts of acts,” by amending section 5 (MCL 10.85).
