By unanimous consent the House returned to the order of Third Reading of Bills House Bill No. 6358, entitled A bill to authorize the department of technology, management, and budget to transfer state-owned property in Ionia County; to authorize the state administrative board to convey a parcel of state-owned property in Kent County; to prescribe conditions for the transfer or conveyance; to provide for the powers and duties of state departments and agencies in regard to the property; and to provide for the disposition of revenue.
