- House Bill No. 6106, entitled A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled “Michigan liquor control code of 1998,” by amending sections 105 and 603 (MCL 436.1105 and 436.1603), as amended by 2021 PA 19. The Senate has substituted (S-1) the bill. The Senate has passed the bill as substituted (S-1), ordered that it be given immediate effect and pursuant to Joint Rule 20, inserted the full title.
