- 3.903 SENATE GALLERY The public in the gallery may take photographs and video of the Senate proceedings but should do so while seated and not impede on others’ access or egress in the gallery. This provision applies to any media in the gallery. Pending the order that, under rule 3.204, the resolution be referred to the Committee on Government Operations, Senator Lauwers moved that the rule be suspended.
