The motion prevailed, the time being 12:50 p.m. 12:59 p.m. The Senate was called to order by the President, Lieutenant Governor Gilchrist. Senator Santana offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 13, line 20, by striking out all of lines 20 through 26. Senator Chang requested the yeas and nays. The yeas and nays were ordered, 1/5 of the members present voting therefor.
