- Senate Bill No. 1 The motion prevailed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor. Third Reading of Bills The following bill was read a third time: House Bill No. 4047, entitled A bill to make, supplement, and adjust appropriations for various state departments and agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2021; and to provide for the expenditure of the appropriations. The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator Irwin offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 15, line 2, by striking out all of lines 2 through 6. Senator Chang requested the yeas and nays. The yeas and nays were ordered, 1/5 of the members present voting therefor.
