- House Bill No. 4067, entitled A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled “Public health code,” by amending sections 16605 and 16608 (MCL 333.16605 and 333.16608), section 16605 as amended by 2018 PA 463 and section 16608 as amended by 2002 PA 643.
