Amend page 24, following line 16, by inserting: “Sec. 224. From the amount appropriated in part 1 for unclassified salaries, the department shall be responsible for reimbursement of legal fees related to the State’s actions to revoke and terminate the 1953 easement authorization for use of state-owed bottomlands in the Mackinac Straits if such legal actions are unsuccessful.”.
