Amend page 47, following line 17, by inserting: “Sec. 249. From the funds appropriated in part 1, no funds shall be expended to develop, create, implement, or enforce any proposal or process that creates a vaccine passport or any other such physical or virtual document that is to be used to restrict access to employment or services by people who have not received a COVID-19 vaccination.”. Senator Lauwers requested the yeas and nays. The yeas and nays were ordered, 1/5 of the members present voting therefor.
