Nays—0 Excused—0 Not Voting—0 In The Chair: President Pursuant to Joint Rule 20, the full title of the act shall be inserted to read as follows: “An act to create a commission on services to the aging within the executive office of the governor; to create an office of services to the aging as an autonomous entity within the department of management and budget; to authorize the designation of area agencies on services to the aging and to prescribe their powers and duties; to establish certain programs relating to older persons; to prescribe the powers and duties of certain state departments, officers, and agencies; to create funds; to provide penalties; to repeal certain acts and parts of acts; and to repeal certain parts of this act on specific dates,” The Senate agreed to the full title. The following bill was read a third time: Senate Bill No. 372, entitled A bill to amend 1991 PA 179, entitled “Michigan telecommunications act,” by amending section 309 (MCL 484.2309), as amended by 2011 PA 58.
