- “An act to regulate the equipment, maintenance, operation, and use of school buses; to prescribe the qualifications of school bus drivers; to prescribe the powers and duties of certain state and local governmental agencies; to create an advisory committee and to prescribe its powers and duties; and to prescribe remedies and penalties,” The Senate agreed to the full title. The following bill was read a third time: House Bill No. 4516, entitled A bill to amend 2018 IL 1, entitled “Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act,” (MCL 333.27951 to 333.27967) by adding section 11a. The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator Irwin offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 4, following line 22, by inserting: “Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days after the date it is enacted into law.”. The amendment was adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
