- The Senate agreed to the full title. The following bill was read a third time: House Bill No. 4517, entitled A bill to amend 2018 IL 1, entitled “Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act,” by amending sections 3 and 8 (MCL 333.27953 and 333.27958), as amended by 2020 PA 208. The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator Irwin offered the following amendments: 1. Amend page 2, line 13, after “ manufacture, ” by striking out “ salt, ”. 2. Amend page 11, following line 5, by inserting: “Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days after the date it is enacted into law.”. The amendments were adopted, a majority of the members serving voting therefor.
