- The motion prevailed, a majority of the members serving voting therefor. By unanimous consent the Senate returned to the order of Third Reading of Bills The following bill was read a third time: House Bill No. 4434, entitled A bill to amend 1936 (Ex Sess) PA 1, entitled “Michigan employment security act,” by amending sections 2, 11, and 32b (MCL 421.2, 421.11, and 421.32b), section 2 as amended by 2011 PA 268, section 11 as amended by 2018 PA 72, and section 32b as amended by 2011 PA 269, and by adding section 32e. The question being on the passage of the bill, Senator Wojno offered the following amendment: 1. Amend page 3, line 24, by removing section 11 from the bill. Senator Chang requested the yeas and nays. The yeas and nays were ordered, 1/5 of the members present voting therefor. The amendment was not adopted, a majority of the members serving not voting therefor, as follows:
