The question being on concurring in the House substitute as substituted, Senator Lauwers moved that further consideration of the substitute be postponed temporarily. The motion prevailed. Recess Senator Lauwers moved that the Senate recess subject to the call of the Chair. The motion prevailed, the time being 2:22 p.m. 2:45 p.m. The Senate was called to order by the President pro tempore, Senator Nesbitt.
