The motion did not prevail, 2/3 of the members serving not voting therefor. The Senate agreed to the title of the bill. The following bill was read a third time: House Bill No. 5405, entitled A bill to amend 1967 PA 281, entitled “Income tax act of 1967,” by amending section 30 (MCL 206.30), as amended by 2020 PA 65, and by adding sections 279 and 679.
