The motion prevailed 9-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Crawford, Rendon, Hoitenga, Meerman, Wozniak, Garrett, Liberati, B. Carter, C.A. Johnson. Nays: None. Pass: None. The Chair asked the committee members and support staff to introduce themselves to the full committee. The Chair laid before the committee a presentation given by the Children’s Services Agency. Stacie Bladen, the Deputy Director for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Children’s Services Agency, introduced her staff: Collin Parks, Manager of the Children Protection Services Program Office; Sarah Goad, Manager of the Foster Care Program Office; and Cathe Hoover, Manager of the Adoption, Guardianship, Recruitment and Retention. Deputy Director Bladen gave an overview on the agency’s child welfare program. Questions and discussion followed. Copy of the PowerPoint presentation is attached. There being no other business before the committee;
