- Representative Marino moved to adopt Wednesday at 12:00 noon in room 521 of the House Office Building as the day, time, and location for regularly scheduled meetings of the House Local Government and Municipal Finance Committee. The Chairman stated the committee will follow the Chapter IV as stated in the House Rules. The Chair laid HB 4101 before the committee: HB 4101 (Rep. Frederick) A bill to amend 2018 PA 57, entitled "Recodified tax increment financing act," by amending section 204 (MCL 125.4204). Representative Fredrick testified in support of HB 4101.
