Pass: None. The Chair stated the committee will follow the committee rules as stated in the House Rules. The Chair welcomed members to the committee, and invited members to introduce themselves. The Chair invited Dominic Pallone, from the Michigan Association of Health Plans, to give a presentations on insurance policies.
