The Chair laid HB 4226 before the committee: HB 4226 (Rep. Berman) A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled “Revised judicature act of 1961,"by amending section 3240 (MCL 600.3240), as amended by 2014 PA 431. Chairman Iden introduced the bill to the committee. Questions and discussion followed. There being no further business before the committee, Rep. Brandt Iden adjourned the meeting at 10:43 AM.
