Steve Shults, Bloomingdale Communications, testified in support of HB 4268. Bob Stewart, Frontier Communications, testified in support of HB 4268. Judy Allen, Michigan Townships Association, testified in opposition of HB 4268. Chris Hackbarth, Michigan Municipal League, testified in noposition of HB 4268.
