- Representative Eisen moved to adopt the minutes from the April 9th, 2019 meeting. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid HB 4227 before the committee: HB 4227 (Rep. Cambensy) A bill to create a committee on Michigan's mining future; to provide for the powers and duties of certain governmental officers and agencies; and to repeal acts and parts of acts.
