Reilly) A bill to amend 2006 PA 110, entitled “Michigan zoning enabling act,” by amending section 102 (MCL 125.3102), as amended by 2008 PA 12. Substitute (H-1) was previously adopted to HB 4095 on April 25th, 2019. Representative Warren offered the following amendments to HB 4095 (H-1): 1. Amend page 4, line 14, after “722.128” by inserting “AND”. 2. Amend page 4, line 15, after “MORE” by striking out the balance of the subparagraph and inserting a period.
